From San Antonio:
Go South on I-37 until you see the exit for 1099 (just past Campbelton). Stay on 1099 (paved portion that turns sharp right) until you Tee into 99 and turn right. Continue for about 3 miles until you see CR 409 on the right side. Turn down and look for the property on the left.
